This one was made at the request of dear friends Nancy and Ai Sann for their class, they like flowers so I went with my new favourite African flower pattern

And this is a little pink baby blanket I whipped up, I like the final product and it was nice and easy to make.

baby blankets

This blue one is suppose to be Rachie's baby blanket, but it's turning out way longer then I realised so think I may end up turning it into an adult blanket??

This pink baby ripple hasn't worked out so well :( it keeped growing at the ends and has a funny shape now, not sure what I am going to do with it!

2010 CAL

These blocks are 30cm squared...they're part of a crochet along group I've joined on Raverly...we get a new pattern every month and at the end of the year we put them together to make a beautiful blanket. I make two squares a month so maybe I will make one blanket half year and one end of year....love how they are working out so far :D

more cushion covers

Have come to realise that I have a thing for make cushion covers....not sure why but can't seem to stop making them!

Slippers Done!

Found this awesome Japanese crochet slippers book at my local craft store...using that pattern

According to the book this is how cool my slippers are going to look by the time I am finished....ever hopeful!

Kicked off the new year by giving one of my favourite people in the world a scarf! She choose the colours, I did the design (and made it of course) ....so take that you crazy hong kong office air-cons!!!

recycled cotton yarn

This face washer, towel and basket set using recycled cotton (Red Heart Eco-Cotton Blend) is one of my latest obsessions, I want to make hundreds.....as you can see haven't yet finished one. But fall in love with is now as it's probably your next gift from me....you will love it ;)

cushion nearly done

Was rushing to get this done in time for German's birthday and made a mistake!!!

It really doesn't pay to rush :( so now I have to undo and redo the corner bit...*sigh* ...but it is going to look lovely when it's done :D

Rag Rug

Have started on making my first crocheted mat, it's really not hard to do and looks quite good, but more importantly, it keeps my feet warm as my flat is all cold white tiles

Still have quite a bit of work to go on it but am very happy with the results so far..
